Welcome to TwinkleTrees. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or purchasing our artificial plant products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all B2B transactions, wholesale orders, and website usage.
1. Product Accuracy & Manufacturing
We strive to display our artificial plants, flowers, and trees as accurately as possible. However, please note:
- Color Variance: Due to monitor settings and lighting conditions, actual product colors may vary slightly from the images on the website.
- Handcrafted Nature: As many of our products involve hand-assembly, minor variations in shape, size, and leaf arrangement are normal and are not considered defects.
- UV Resistance: Products labeled as "UV Resistant" have been treated to withstand outdoor conditions, but lifespan varies based on extreme weather exposure.
2. Quotes & Pricing
As a B2B source factory, our prices are not fixed on the website and are subject to order quantity and customization requirements.
- ● All quotes provided via email or WhatsApp are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- ● We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions before an order is confirmed.
- ● Prices typically exclude shipping, customs duties, and taxes unless Incoterms (e.g., DDP) are specifically agreed upon.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Unless otherwise specified in the sales contract:
- Standard terms are FOB (Free on Board) or EXW (Ex Works).
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
- Buyers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, or local taxes incurred at the destination country.
- Lead times provided are estimates. TwinkleTrees is not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.
4. Returns & Claims
Due to the nature of wholesale and customized orders, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind."
Damaged or Defective Goods: Claims for manufacturing defects or damage must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please provide photos and details to our support team. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
